How we operate

Planning is everything!
No more so than for a company serving offshore clients or for working with an organisation with representation across multiple countries.
Clients need to be confident in our precise understanding of their requirements. Send It South is therefore meticulous about planning every project in detail and in leveraging our extensive experience in preparing the required documents to ensure project success.
We first carefully examine or prepare the Business Requirements Specification (BRS), based on information and the requirements provided by the client. However, we can also create this in conjunction with you, if this is something that the project requires.  Based on this, we prepare a technical specification for Microsoft Dynamics NAV; Serenic Navigator and / or Jet Reports projects. This technical specification will include the business case and benefits for making this change; a basic proposal in words that will detail the high level changes required; and a detailed design of the development required. Once these details have been agreed upon, a comprehensive costing will be completed and attached to the technical specification for approval by the client.
Only once the technical specification has been approved by the client will the project commence. This ensures both parties have complete confidence that the project is aligned exactly with what is required. Although this can be a lengthy process, we do find that having clarity on all aspects of the project, for all parties, is key to saving time and money in the long term and is key in developing a long term partnership.
